Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Towering House Collection.

All orders are custom-made and typically process within 2–4 business days before shipment. Processing begins after payment and all required photos are received. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We currently offer Standard Shipping for $7.49 and Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and USPS handling. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Because each order is personalized using your uploaded photos, production must be completed before the package ships. Choosing a faster shipping method does not shorten processing time.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
