Customer photos are used to create and fulfill custom orders. Uploading photos does not give Towering House Collection permission to publish or share them.
Optional permission
After creating a magnet set, customers may be offered the option to let Towering House Collection feature images of their finished magnets on social media. Participation is entirely optional and does not affect the order.
This permission applies only to regular posts on Towering House Collection’s social-media accounts. It does not include paid advertising, website content, email marketing, or printed materials. Towering House Collection will request separate written permission for those uses. Permission is voluntary and does not include payment or compensation.
Children’s privacy
Towering House Collection never shares customer-submitted images containing identifiable children through this optional photo-sharing program.
Photographs created separately by Towering House Collection for its own marketing are handled under a separate media-release process.
Adults pictured
If an image contains recognizable adults, the customer must have permission from every adult pictured before authorizing Towering House Collection to share it.
Ownership and authorization
By opting in, the customer confirms that they own the submitted photos or are authorized to approve their use. Every opted-in image is reviewed before publication. Opting in does not guarantee that an image will be shared.
Personal information
Names, order numbers, contact information, addresses, shipping labels, and other personal order details will not be shared.
Changing your permission
To withdraw permission for future sharing, contact us and include the applicable order number. Towering House Collection will also make reasonable efforts to remove previously shared social-media content upon request.
